Welcome to ZenSoft's troubleshooting guide. If you’re experiencing issues with our SaaS software, follow these steps to diagnose and resolve common problems.

Step 1: Check System Requirements
Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for running ZenSoft:

  • Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 10.13+
  • Browser: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection

Step 2: Clear Cache and Cookies
Sometimes browser cache and cookies can cause issues. Follow these steps to clear them:

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
  • Firefox: Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All
  • Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data

Step 3: Update Your Browser
Ensure you’re using the latest version of your browser:

  • Chrome: Help > About Google Chrome
  • Firefox: Help > About Firefox
  • Safari: App Store > Updates
  • Edge: Settings > About Microsoft Edge

Step 4: Restart Your Device
Sometimes a simple restart can resolve many issues. Restart your computer and try accessing ZenSoft again.

Step 5: Check Network Connectivity
Ensure your internet connection is stable:

  • Wi-Fi: Move closer to your router or switch to a wired connection.
  • Ethernet: Check your cable and router. Restart if necessary.

Step 6: Disable Browser Extensions
Extensions can sometimes interfere with web applications. Disable them temporarily:

  • Chrome: Extensions > Manage extensions > Toggle off
  • Firefox: Add-ons > Extensions > Toggle off
  • Safari: Preferences > Extensions > Deselect the extensions
Edge: Extensions > Manage extensions > Toggle off

Step 7: Review Error Messages
If you receive an error message, note the code or text. Check our Error Codes and Their Meanings page for specific troubleshooting steps related to the error.

Step 8: Try a Different Browser
If the issue persists, try accessing ZenSoft in a different browser to determine if the problem is isolated to your current browser.
